UNITED STATES: FCC Published A Rule For Relicensing 700 MHz Spectrum

On March 8th, 2019, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) published a notice through its WT Docket No. 06-150 – DA 19-77. The final rule describes the process for relicensing wireless 700 MHz spectrum telecommunication channels for underserved areas after they are returned to the FCC inventory. The rule comes into effect on April 8, 2019.
