The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) released Circular 04/2023/TT-BTTTT updating the list of products and goods to be susceptible to the Type approval and/or Self-Declaration of conformity.
Due to the latest National technical regulations issued, MIC has decided to update the List of goods by adding new HS codes.
Additionally, it was updated the applicable QCVN standard per HS code, modifying the related descriptions of both Groups 1 and 2 of the Circular.
