SINGAPORE: Enterprise Singapore Updates Safety Mark in Circular 2018-02

On July 20th, 2018, an Official document, circular 2018-02, was published by Enterprise Singapore for all registered suppliers in order to replace the usage requirements for the updated SAFETY Mark.

registered suppliers are required to note the following on the utilization of the updated SAFETY Mark:

-There will be a one-year transition period for new products.
-Only new products that are registered after April 2019 need to strictly implement the new logo.
-As of April 2, 2022, all Controlled Goods, including any existing stock bearing the old/former SAFETY Mark, must be affixed with the updated SAFETY Mark.
