According to Decree No. 353 issued on Mar. 12th, 2022 by the Government of the Russian Federation, CoCs and DoCs which carry out testing can be replaced by declarations based on applicant evidence under certain conditions until September 1, 2022.
Now The Government of the Russian Federation has published Resolution No. 1522 to extend such a simplified EAC approval procedure to September 1, 2023.
