New Zealand’s minister of Business, Innovation and Employment, gave the radio communications regulations notice 2015 in their official gazette on February 12th. This notice comes into force the same day it was published and describes different classes of products; the standards applicable to particular classes; the level of conformity to a class of product and those that are exempt from the need to be subject of a declaration of conformity.
