MEXICO: The Mexican NOM-EM-015-SCFI-2015 Will Lose its Validity

As Entirety previously informed, the Mexican Economy Department decided to extend the validity of the NOM-EM-015-SCFI-2015 “Terminal equipments with Connections Through a fix Line to a Public Telecommunications Network”. The extension moved the deadline from September 11th, 2015 to March 11, 2016. This date is the final term to certify equipments under the NOM precepts. The  new regulation that will replace the NOM-EM-015-SCFI-2015 is still unknown, as well as the time in which it will be published. Entirety will inform you once it is available.
