MEXICO: IFT Publish Public Consultation for Bidding Rules No. IFT-10

The Public Consultation issued to present the Project for Bidding Rules No. IFT-10 is intended to:

(i) to announce the bases for the concession of the use, development, and commercial exploitation of available radio spectrum segments in the frequency bands 814-824 / 859-869 MHz, 1755-1760 / 2155-2160 MHz, 1910-1915 / 1990-1995 MHz, and 2500- 2530 / 2620-2650 MHz for the provision of wireless access services;
ii) describe the stages and activities in which the public bidding the procedure will be developed, and
iii) describe those relevant aspects of the public bidding, such as the term of the concession, coverage obligations, participation limitations, allocation mechanism, causes for disqualification, payment of considerations, among others.
