On November 1, 2016, The National Consultative Committee for Standardization of the Ministry of Economy (CCONNSE) published on the Mexican Gazette (DOF), a public consultation related to “design features and conditions of use of the mark requirement” in order to obtain comments, opinions, proposals or suggestions from any person who has an interest in the subject.
The validity of this public consultation will be from November 1 to 60 days after this publication.
