INDIA: Updated Labeling Requirement for MTCTE Phase III and IV Products

Department of Telecommunication under the Ministry of Communication released a notification on labeling requirements for Phase III and Phase IV products under MTCTE.
– Phase III: The labeling requirements for MTCTE Phase III products are exempted up to 31st Dec 2022 i.e., Six months from the date of the mandatory certification.
– Phase IV: The products under MTCTE Phase IV will apply after the certification becomes mandatory with all types of ER Parameters.

It exempted up to 31st Dec 2022 i.e., Six months from the date of the mandatory certification for all types of essential requirements parameters.
