On March 21st, 2022, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission published a public discussion on the draft decision EAEU TR 048/2019 “On the requirements for the energy efficiency of energy-consuming devices”.
This public discussion is about postponing the entry in force of the decision EAEU TR 048/2019. The new proposed date is September 1st, 2023.
The draft also proposes a new date for the development and approval of energy efficiency labels. The proposed date is March 1st, 2023.
