The regulator of China, CQC published the new EMC standard – GB/T 9254.1-2021. It will replace the current standards, “GB/T 9254-2008” and “GB/T 13837-2012” from July 1, 2022. It is available to apply for a CCC certificate based on the old standard or new standard until June 30th, 2022. You’ll need to submit an updated application for the products that have received a CCC certificate based on the old standard. The deadline for certificate update will be notified later. While the certified products that have been delivered and been put on the market are no longer produced before July 1, 2022, it is not required to update the certificate.
