On December 15, 2017 the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in China publishes a notice in order to set the requirements of radio frequency utilization according to the relevant requirements: “Radio Regulations of the Republic of China”, “Radio frequency license management approach” and other related requirements, in order to promote the efficient use of radio frequency spectrum resources and strengthen the supervision over the use of radio frequencies.
