On March 10 th, 2021, ANATEL published Act no. 1477 that establishes the Technical Requirements for the use of spectrum by devices that operates in the frequency ranges from 3.300 MHz to 3.700 MHz. It’s worth remarking that de Act is clear regarding technical features as operating power, undesirable emissions for base station, nodal or repeater with AAS antenna, mobile stations, and terminal equipment. This Ato enters in force on April 1st, 2021
