On April 12th, 2021 ANATEL issued the public consultation for comments regarding the Operational Procedure for Homologation of Telecommunications Products by Declaration of Conformity with Anatel Mark, aiming at the fulfillment of the provisions of the Regulation of Conformity Assessment and Homologation of Telecommunications Products, approved by Resolution No. 715, of October 23, 2019, in its articles 28, paragraph 3; 29, Items I and II; 33, Items I and II; 34 and 35. The entry into force of this regulation is proposed for June 1st, 2021 and comments will be open until May 23rd, 2021.
