The objective of this Public Consultation is to approve the Technical and Operational Requirements for the use of frequency bands associated with services of collective interest provided by terrestrial systems, as set out in the Annex to this Act. And to revoke:
I – Act No. 4.456, of June 11, 2018, which approves the power limits of the 39.50 – 40.00 GHz sub-band, for use by Multimedia Communication Service stations;
II – Act No. 2,934, of June 1, 2020, which approves the technical and operational requirements for use of the 2,300 MHz to 2,400 MHz band for use by stations in the Personal Mobile Service – SMP, Multimedia Communication Service – SCM, Fixed Switched Telephone Service – STFC and Private Limited Service – SLP;
III – Act No. 1.477, of March 5, 2021, which approves the technical and operational requirements for the conditions of use of the 3.300 MHz and 3.700 MHz sub-band, by stations in the Personal Mobile Service – SMP, Multimedia Communication Service – SCM, Fixed Switched Telephone Service – STFC and Private Limited Service – SLP;
IV – Act No. 3,543, of May 19, 2021, which approves the technical and operational requirements for the conditions of use of the 24.25 – 27.5 GHz sub-band by stations in the Personal Mobile Service – SMP, Multimedia Communication Service – SCM, Fixed Switched Telephone Service – STFC and Private Limited Service – SLP;
