On November 9, 2017, a new public consultation on the ANATEL system was published regarding the update of the test requirements for radio-communication restricted radiation equipments (CP 27/2017).
This Public Consultation will remain available until November 30th, which will be 20 days from its publication date.
The CP 27/2017 should be accessed through the SACP (http://sistemas.anatel.gov.br/sacp/).
This consultation is a proposal to amend Act No. 11542 and impacts regulation changes for products such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Wireless Microphones, among others.
