Mindful that it will be two years since the publication of ENACOM Resolution No. 854/2020, which establishes the mandatory minimum guidelines for the marking of the equipment registered in the RAMATEL, mainly of the iso logotypes and isotypes that must be included in the marking of approved products, and that was granted for its adequacy term until August 12, 2022, is the criterion of this National Directorate of Authorizations and ICT records:
To understand by “homologated” the certification of the Homologation and Equipment Coding categories, reaching the aforementioned Resolution, as of the indicated date, both to new registrations and to Registration renewals.
