The Federal Institute of Telecommunications is currently receiving public comments, opinions, and additional input for parties interested in the following draft: “Project of Public Tender Bases to grant the use, exploitation and commercial exploitation of 10 MHZ radio spectrum available in the Band 440-450 MHz to provide the service of capacity position for private radio-communication systems.”
The objective is to define the general rules and guidelines of the draft, to include deadlines, requirements, procedural steps for submitting bids, and more. This ultimately will help establish the winning participants of the Public Bidding. Public comments and contributions are accepted from the 28th of April to the 26th of May 2017.
