A public consultation published on August the 17th 2015 in the ANATEL’s website, proposes to modify the regulations about the usage of the radio frequency bands in the 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz and 2100 MHz bands. This proposal comes from the need to reformulate the regulations of the sub bands D and E in the mentioned bands, trying to use the spectrum efficiently. Comments to the public consultation will be received until September 2nd, 2015.
