The Ministry of Infomation and Communications (MIC) released a draft to review and update the products listed in group 2 of Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT.
The most relevant changes are:
Amending the Regulations on the application of QCVN to 5G base station equipment
Amend regulations on QCVN applicable to radio equipment.
Stop suspending the application of part/all of QCVN for radio equipment with specific exemptions.
Update and synchronize 04 new QCVN issued in 2023
This Circular is expected to enter into force on April 1, 2024. Circular 10/2023/TT-BTTTT ceases to be effective from this date.
