On February 26th, 2021 ANATEL published the Ato no. 1306 regarding the technical requirements for the conformity assessment. This publication affects Annex I of the Ato no. 14.448 from December 4th, 2017. The main changes are aimed at the frequency ranges in the band of 5.150- 5.350 MHz, 5.470-5.725 MHz, and 5.925-7.125 MHz meeting conditions, but not limited to, EIRP Power, spectral density, channel spacing, use conditions indoors, use condition in outdoors for the frequency range of 5.925-7.125 MHz, power supply, antennas, use in the industry, declaration of use, labeling among others. This regulation is in force since February 26th, 2021.
