PANAMA: ASEP Publish Public Consult No.02-2021 for Modifications for National Plan of Frequencies

The National Authority of Public Services (ASEP) published on February 22nd, the Public Consultation No. 02-2021, with the purpose of receiving opinions and comments on the proposal for the modification of the National Frequency Attribution Plan (PNAF) to establish new bands for the International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) attributing the Personal Communications Service (No. 106) and the Cellular Mobile Telephone Service (No. 107) in the 2,300 to 2,385 MHz and 24.25 to 27.5 GHz bands with their respective channeling; and establish the channel plan for the band from 1,427 to 1,518 MHz previously allocated for IMT.
