On December 10th, The Telecom Regulator ANATEL released a Public consultation impacting Act 14448 (Technical Requirements For Assessing Conformity Assessment of Restricted Radiation Equipment). It’s pretended to include the test requirements and limits for the range 5925-7125 MHz. This is important for the manufacturers since they would be allowed to have approved devices with the WIFI 6E technology.
The public consulting will finished on January 24th, 2021. Once ANATEL evaluates the received comments, they will issue the new regulations. You can see the attached pdf for further details on this consultation.
